Order Holding Policy
- For Deliveries within Kuwait, Order Holding period is 10 days from the date of Customer
Order. For Deliveries outside Kuwait, Order Holding period is 15 days from the date
of Customer Order.
- 1.1 No Customer Order can be canceled During Order Holding Period.
- 1.2 Customer can choose to cancel their order, if delivery is delayed beyond Order
Holding Period.
- 1.3 If Customer does not give any cancellation instructions, Customer Order will
be treated as active & goods will be delivered as per convenience.
- 1.3.1 No Customer Order can be canceled if the ordered goods are already dispatched
from our premises.
- 1.4 If the delivery is delayed beyond Order Holding Period it will treated as Delayed
Delivery.

Order Cancellation Policy
- Customers can modify their orders within 24 Hours (a day) from the time of placing
order.
- Customers can cancel their order in case of Delayed Delivery
- 2.1 If the delivery is delayed beyond Order Holding Period it will treated as Delayed
Delivery. For Deliveries within Kuwait, Order Holding period is 10 days from the
date of Customer Order. For Deliveries outside Kuwait, Order Holding period is 15
days from the date of Customer Order.
- 2.1.1 Customer can choose to cancel their order, if delivery is delayed beyond Order
Holding Period.
- 2.1.2 If Customer does not give any cancellation instructions, Customer Order will
be treated as active & goods will be delivered as per convenience.
- 2.1.2.1 No Customer Order can be canceled if the ordered goods are already dispatched
from our premises.
- 2.2 No Customer Order can be canceled During Order Holding Period.
- 2.3 In case of replacement (for any reason), deliveries delayed beyond Order Holding
Period can be canceled.

Refund Policy
- Refunds will be given only
- 1.1 If goods delivered are in damaged condition
- 1.1.1 Refunds: Customers can claim for the refunds doing Order Cancellation only
if Order Holding Period is over. Customers must return the damaged goods to avail
the refunds.
- 1.1.1.1 Refunds will issued within 15 working days through cheque only.
- 1.1.2 Note: Replacement can be availed. See Replacement Policy.
- 1.1.2.1 Replacement: Customers should immediately return (acknowledged) the delivered
goods to www.Macbigstore.com and claim for the replacement.
- 1.2 If delivered goods are not according to the Customer Order,
- 1.2.1 Refunds: Customers can claim for the refunds doing Order Cancellation only
if Order Holding Period is over. Customers must return the wrongly delivered goods
to avail the refunds.
- 1.2.2 Bill Settlement: Customers can keep the goods if they wish and can settle
the accounts.
- 1.2.3 Note: Replacement can be availed. See Replacement Policy.
- 1.2.3.1 Replacement: Customers can return (acknowledged) the goods & claim for
the right goods.
- General Details
- 2.1 How to get RAN ( Return Authorization Number)
To get RAN, please contact www.Macbigstore.com Customer Support Department.
- 2.1.1 Note : Before returning any material, Customers should take RAN ( Return
Authorization Number) from our Customer Support Department. Goods returned without
the RAN will not be accepted. Customers must take necessary steps so goods reaches
www.Macbigstore.com premises in proper condition without any damage or further damage.
Delivery Schedule Time will be given freshly on the basis of receipt of the goods
wrongly delivered.
