Delivery Disclaimer
- Delivery Time
- 1.1 For Deliveries within Kuwait, Schedule Delivery Time will be 3 working days
from the date of Customer Order. We may deliver the goods prior to Schedule
Delivery Time also. For Deliveries outside Kuwait, Schedule Delivery Time will depend
upon various factors like mode of despatch etc. Our Schedule Despatch will be 3
days from the date of Customer Order. Make sure we register your special request
/ instructions for the Delivery , when you place your order. Gift Deliveries
can be delivered on specific time and days. Please place your Gift Delivery orders
well in advance to provide us time to make necessary arrangements. We may regret
delivery orders for specific day, time & venue, if not possible / suitable to
execute.
- 1.2 www.Macbigstore.com will try to maintain the Schedule Delivery Time.
- 1.2.1 In case of failing to maintain delivery timings or failing to deliver
the goods due to any reasons / circumstances; www.Macbigstore.com shall not be held
responsible for any consequences.
- 1.2.2 No Customer Order can be canceled for not maintaining the Schedule Delivery
Time.
- 1.3 Delivery Days
- 1.3.1 We generally dispatch the goods to deliver on working days. On special request
/ instructions, we may deliver the goods on Non-working days i.e. National Holidays
& Festivals.
- 1.4 Delivery Day-Timings
- 1.4.1 We generally dispatch the goods to deliver between 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM On
special request / instructions from the customer we try to deliver the goods on
special timings to complement the special occasions like Birthdays, Opening Ceremonies,
Marriages.etc.
- Delivery Mode
- 2.1 For Deliveries within Kuwait, we generally deliver the ordered goods through
our own delivery network. We may also deliver the ordered goods through postal network
or courier network.
- 2.2 Out side Kuwait, we generally deliver the ordered goods through external agencies
like postal networks or courier networks.
- Delivery-Payment Terms & Conditions
- 3.1 Payment must be done against the delivery of goods through cheque, DD or Cash.
- 3.1.1 In case of Non- payment, we will not deliver the ordered goods.
- Deliveries can be done in parts or together for multiple orders
- 4.1 www.Macbigstore.com may send multiple deliveries to deliver the goods for customer
order/s.
- 4.2 www.Macbigstore.com may club multiple customer orders from a single customer to
send goods through less or one delivery.
- In case of Delayed Delivery
- 5.1 If the delivery is delayed beyond Order Holding Period it will treated as Delayed
Delivery. For Deliveries within Kuwait, Order Holding period is 10 days,. For Deliveries
outside Kuwait, Order Holding period is 15 days.
- 5.1.1 Customer can choose to cancel their order, if delivery is delayed beyond Order
Holding Period.
- 5.1.2 If Customer does not give any cancellation instructions, Customer Order will
be treated as active & goods will be delivered as per convenience.
- 5.1.2.1 No Customer Order can be canceled if the ordered goods are already dispatched
from our premises.

- 5.2 No Customer Order can be canceled During Order Holding Period.

- If goods being delivered are in damaged condition
- 6.1 Customers should not accept the delivery of goods. If not accepted
such deliveries, fresh goods will be sent as early as possible.
- If goods delivered are in damaged condition
- 7.1 Replacement: Customers should immediately return (acknowledged) the delivered
goods to www.Macbigstore.com and claim for the replacement.
- 7.2 Refunds: Customers can claim for the refunds doing Order Cancellation only if
Order Holding Period is over. Customers must return the damaged goods to avail the
refunds.
- 7.2.1 Refunds will issued within 15 working days through cheque only.
- If delivered goods are not according to the Customer Order,
- 8.1 Replacement: Customers can return (acknowledged) the goods & claim for the
right goods
- 8.2 Refunds: Customers can claim for the refunds doing Order Cancellation only if
Order Holding Period is over. Customers must return the wrongly delivered goods
to avail the refunds.
- 8.3 Bill Settlement: Customers can keep the goods if they wish and can settle
the accounts.

- 10.1 How to get RAN ( Return Authorization Number)
- 10.1.1 To get RAN, please contact www.Macbigstore.com Customer Support Department.
- 10.1.1.1Note : Before returning any material, Customers should take RAN (
Return Authorization Number) from our Customer Support Department. Goods returned
without the RAN will not be accepted. Customers must take necessary steps so goods
reaches www.Macbigstore.com premises in proper condition without any damage or further
damage. Delivery Schedule Time will be given freshly on the basis of receipt of
the goods wrongly delivered.
